Boat for Sale

Hello Tambling Lake - A quick item for you to review:

The Hodgdons have a boat for sale--from Steve & Marlene: "17 ft. Bayliner 175 ,  135 hp I/O boat for sale. It can be viewed at our dock on Tambling. Price is $7.800 and includes trailer, GPS/fish locator, boat cover and bimini.

Here comes summer 2015!

Hello Tambling Lake!

Summer seems to knocking on the door and that means more time on the lake!  As the summer season approaches, I'd like to give a few reminders for upcoming lake association events:

Annual Meeting
Saturday, June 13th

All are welcome to attend, but only those dues paying members will be allowed to vote on any presented lake association issues.  If you have not already sent your 2015 association dues to Dick Griem, you can pay them at the annual meeting.

Fisheree & Association Picnic
Saturday, July 4th
Fisheree: dawn - 10:30am
Picnic: 11:30am - 2:30pm

Of course impromptu pontoon tie-ups on the lake are bound to happen and are encouraged! See the Lake Events tab for all 2015 events and check back for any updates.

Corn Roast Date Change to July 26th

Hello Everyone,  

Thanks to everyone who made it out for the Fisheree and Picnic over the 4th of July!  An urgent update regarding the annual corn roast:  The date has changed!

The Heileman's will be hosting and roasting on SATURDAY, JULY 26TH starting at 4:00pm  (Not as previously scheduled for August 9th).  Corn will be provided, bring your own drinks.

Fisheree and Picnic July 5th

Hello Tambling Lake!

After the Polar Vortex winter, summer finally has arrived!  Hopefully everyone has had the chance to enjoy some time on the lake.  With that in mind the schedule of lake events has been updated and the next events are on July 5th.

Tambling Lake Fisheree
Registration - Tim Marisch's pier 7:00am - 8:00am 
(Look for the ORANGE cone on the north side of the lake)
Fishing Contest - Dawn - 10:30am

Lake Pot-Luck Picnic
Washington Town Hall

IMPORTANT:  If you haven't already, please RSVP to Dave Reimer with the number of adults and children in your party that will be attending the picnic.  Beverages and broasted chicken will be provided.

Be sure to check out other activities in the area including the downtown Eagle River 4th of July Parade on Friday at 11:00am.

Reminder: Safety Fence Installation & Annual Chili Dump!

Happy Holidays!  It looks like there is a decent amount of snow on the ground and enough ice on the lake for lots of winter fun.  A quick reminder that the safety fences will be installed on Saturday, Jan 11, 2014 starting at 9:00am.  If you're able to make it out all help is appreciated!

The annual Chili Dump will also take place on Saturday, Jan 11.  It starts at noon at the Heileman's - 1767 W Carpenter Lake Rd.  See the attached invitation below and be sure to RSVP to Colleen Heileman at colleen.heileman@gmail.com or 920-261-0192

Happy Thanksgiving Hunters & Families!

Hello Hunters! Hopefully those of you who spent time sitting out in the cold opening weekend will soon find your freezers full of venison hot sticks and tenderloin steaks.
